About RTT Therapy
Journey beneath the surface of the mind to gently rewrite the patterns that keep you stuck.
What Is RTT
(Rapid Transformational Therapy)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a deeply guided form of hypnotherapy that works with the subconscious mind – the place where our beliefs, memories, and automatic patterns are held.
In a relaxed, inwardly focused state, we’re able to access the root impressions behind anxiety, self-doubt, emotional triggers, and repeating behaviours. By understanding why these patterns formed and what they’ve been trying to protect, we can gently update them with new, supportive beliefs.
RTT weaves together hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, regression, inner-child work and suggestion therapy to help you create powerful, lasting change – from the inside out.
Sessions at SoulEase are fully clothed, collaborative, and held with deep care for your nervous system and emotional safety.
The Origin
Marisa Peer
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) was developed by therapist and best-selling author Marisa Peer, who drew on over 30 years of working with clients worldwide.
She noticed that many people were talking about the same issues – low self-worth, anxiety, addictions, self-sabotage – and that traditional talk therapy alone didn’t always reach the deeper root of the pattern.
RTT brings together the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, psychotherapy, and neurolinguistic programming into one method that works directly with the subconscious mind.
By accessing the underlying beliefs formed in childhood and key experiences, RTT supports you to understand, reframe, and then re-imprint new, empowering beliefs – often creating change in a fraction of the time of traditional approaches.
During a session, you’ll be comfortably seated or reclined, with eyes closed, while I guide you into a relaxed, hypnotic state. You remain aware, in control, and able to speak at all times – similar to being deeply absorbed in a daydream.
From here, we:
-
Clarify your focus. We begin by exploring what you’re currently experiencing and what you most want to shift. RTT works best when we focus on one key issue at a time.
-
Explore the root cause. Through gentle regression, we visit a few memories or scenes that help your subconscious mind show us where the belief or pattern began. You simply describe what you notice, and I support you to make sense of it.
-
Reframe and transform. Together, we update the meaning your mind gave those experiences, releasing old emotions and creating healthier, truer beliefs that support who you are now.
-
Receive a personalised recording. At the end of the session, I create a bespoke hypnosis recording for you, based on your session and your desired outcome. Listening daily for around 21 days helps your nervous system and subconscious integrate the new beliefs.
Sessions are gentle yet powerful, and there is always space for integration, questions, and emotional support throughout.
How It Works
Benefits
RTT Therapy can support the whole person – emotionally, mentally, and energetically – by working with the beliefs that shape how we feel and respond to life.
It may assist with:
-
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
-
Low self-worth, self-criticism, or imposter syndrome
-
Patterns of people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
-
Perfectionism and fear of failure or visibility
-
Habits and addictions (such as emotional eating, smoking, procrastination)
-
Sleep disturbances and difficulty switching off
-
Past experiences that still feel charged or unresolved
-
Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from purpose
-
General wellbeing, confidence, and inner calm
RTT is a therapeutic complement and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Where appropriate, it can sit alongside other forms of support.
A Whole-Self Approach
-
Mentally, RTT calms the overactive mind, brings clarity, and helps you understand why you think and react the way you do – so you can choose new responses.
-
Emotionally, it creates a safe space to meet and integrate long-held feelings such as shame, fear, or grief, often bringing a sense of relief and spaciousness.
-
Subconsciously, it updates the deep patterns and beliefs that run in the background, so change feels more natural and sustainable rather than forced by willpower.
-
Nervoussystem wise, a relaxed hypnotic state invites your body out of fight-or-flight and into regulation, supporting better sleep, digestion, and resilience.
-
Spiritually, it reconnects you with your inherent worth, inner wisdom, and the quiet, steady presence beneath your thoughts – the essence of who you truly are.
Why Clients Choose RTT & Hypnotherapy
At Soul Ease Therapy, RTT is offered within a deeply supportive, trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware space.
Sessions are:
-
Personalised. Each session is tailored to your story, your language, and your intentions – not a script pulled from a textbook.
-
Held with presence. There is no rush. We move at the pace your body and subconscious feel ready for, with respect for your history and current supports.
-
Collaborative. You are an active participant in your healing. I guide, but your own inner wisdom leads the way.
-
Supported with integration. You receive a personalised recording to listen to at home, along with a follow-up check-in to review how you’re feeling and what has shifted.
This work honours your innate capacity to heal and grow, offering change not through force or “fixing,” but through understanding, compassion, and aligned subconscious change.
