Craniosacral Therapy at Soul Ease is a gentle hands-on healing modality that works with the nervous system, fascia, emotional body, and the deeper patterns held within your tissues. This approach supports your system to shift from protection into safety — allowing stress, stored tension, trauma responses, and emotional holding to soften and release at their own pace. Sessions are slow, attuned, and deeply supportive, offering a space for your body to reorganise from the inside out. To Book All Craniosacral Therapy bookings begin with a complimentary 30-minute Intake Call, arranged through the Booking & Enquiry Form. During this call we will: • explore what you’re experiencing in your body or emotions • discuss your history and what may be influencing your current symptoms • determine whether CST is the right modality for your needs • explain what a session looks and feels like • answer any questions you may have • ensure readiness and therapeutic safety If Craniosacral Therapy feels aligned, we will then privately schedule your session. What CST Helps With: - nervous system dysregulation - chronic stress or burnout - tension, tightness, or pain patterns - headaches, jaw patterns (TMJ), neck or back tension - sleep disturbances or fatigue - trauma responses (freeze, dissociation, shutdown patterns) -emotional overwhelm or difficulty settling -digestive tension or body compression patterns -sensitivity, overstimulation, or feeling “wired” -emotional processing, grounding, and integration 🌿 What a Craniosacral Session Includes 1. Intake (30 minutes — via Zoom) A conversation to explore symptoms, patterns, emotional background, and the story your system is holding. 2. Craniosacral Session (60–75 minutes — in person) A gentle, hands-on therapeutic session where you remain fully clothed. Depending on your system, a session may include: • nervous system settling • releasing cranial, spinal, pelvic, or diaphragmatic tension • supporting shock or trauma patterns • softening holding patterns around the heart, throat, jaw, or gut • working with dural tube tension • unwinding emotional imprints • supporting balance, clarity, and internal spaciousness Your body leads the session — I simply listen, support, and follow. 3. Integration + Reflection We allow space at the end to explore what shifted, what your body revealed, and what may continue unfolding after the session.
